whilst they are not required to disclose, they should have announced to the market huayou had informally offered an amount at 6-9-15c whatever. (if that was the case)
They could have rejected it and continued with an SPP or CR. difference being that it would have shot the s/p to atleast the level offered meaning a much better CR for shareholders.
