Yes Magna gig was executed before 28th feb hence the only 407,973..coz that twas all left in 7.1 capacity. 7.1 capacity was reloaded after GM. BUT with the gig executed, i believe that allowed for the 'commitment 'fee' via shares to be issued. 44,700,000 mil. Issued 7 march. See co - mingled in latest 3b. Now cross reference with the latest invester presentation see magna as listed major shareholder 1.9% from memory. Not just talking the time lines con notes conversion side of things and why has to be voted just yet..
