Test of load of Chart image - only upload a File works

I have uploaded thousands of images since 2015 or so, but have been away for a couple of years, and simply forgotten. I am still using the old site.
I use Lightshot to capture screen, and it has many options (copy, copy link address, others), but the only one that works for me is the save as a file, and use HC's upload file, which is cumbersome and leads to a proliferation of files. As I recall, saving the link address and using HC's Insert Image option used to work (or I imagined it).
I can upload an image with save and HC Upload File (with issues mentioned above)
