I just had a quiet beer with someone who spoke face to face with Tony Lawry this week. He explained the process of the upgrade and made it seem quite simple (which gave me a lot more confidence). He said they had spent a lot of money on it $50m and that the process wasn't as complicated as other energy related projects due to the seam...
Most interestingly he said quote "we are on side with the government and the opposition on this project". I interjected and said that is wrong, but he said that is what Tony said...
So there you go.
