    Mikey you keep harping on about insolvency. This is nothing to do with insolvency. Of course CNP is solvent, it is their debt exposure that caused this debacle. If the banks pull the pin (which they may or may not) then CNP is forced to sell assets they do not want to or they are at the whim of a takeover at discount prices or they need a large investor, none of which will help current shareholders.

    Imperial, the rise in CNP is purely trading as it has been for months now. You read too much into these piddly rises and drops. CNP has been in a range for a while now.

    And yes class actions have succeeded in court before.
