    one thing you can't seem to get is the founders of a company own shares that they DON"T have to buy like the rest of us. It's the reward for starting the company in the first place or do you expect them to start with no shares and buy all the shares they need?

    Skin in the game is there, it's their baby, they started it, they get the rewards.
