I have been starting to wonder if there is some sort of unresolved issues between James Packer and King and his cronies apart from the Challenger loan. Packer via Arctic Capital could become the majority shareholder of LLA and be partly responsible for the demise of OCV through choice.It is not such a stupid idea for Wellington Capital to take on the PIF in my opinion. OCV did not own the assets or capital in the fund, the PIF holders own them and OCV was not in any position financially to restore the fund to a viable state. At least holders have a semblance of hope in JH who will only benefit more if the Fund performs.(I just wish she would hurry up!) Cheers, Seamisty
