Yeah i think with cash from call, exercise of options, and existing cash balance, that's around $48M...thats a helluva lot of exploration and production wells :-)

I do hope they don't make the call on the convertings too early though, since I'm holding BSN. Would prefer that to happen when ERH is higher SP and therefore BSN goes for a run first. Of course BSN could sell the ERHCAs it owns but then that would take away the upside potential i see in it.

Having said that I own a helluva lot more ERHO than I do BSN so not too fussed :-)
