So bit of an update...
I did a drive by and the office is names Strategic Metallurgy rather than Lepidico!
I wonder if they are sharing an office, or if this is another office of SM just for Lepidico related pilot plant???
You can see in the photos, it seems they have just moved, and are still moving and setting up the pilot plant once again. No you need to zoom as there wasn't much room to stop on the road but you can see some equipment in blue cages/containers in the back, and one bigger unit up the front/left.
