Without any positive news it will be hard to crack into the 3's. However, if this Company actually did some promotion, and for example stopped saying it was an Investment Company, rather than a Telecommunication Company, more investors might start taking notice and see its potential. This is a very exciting emerging enterprise with huge potential. The message is not getting through to the market. The directors are to blame for this. They seem to be doing a good job at establishing the business, but are doing a very poor job at promotion. We need both firing to move this stock to the next level.
