Hey that's one of the benefits of HC - you get to learn from various industry professionals. I too took the same meaning as Dante so I reckon the phrasing made it look shonky to non-finance folks hey?
So if I understand correctly - in order to be verified as a financially viable entity (for I assume the next 2 quarters?) it requires senior personnel to go over the accounts and risks with a fine tooth comb - thus costing additional $$$... is that about it?
