Well A2 is a terrible company. No sales growth, terrible margins, no distribution channels, mktg strategies don't work, no global growth expected, terrible balance sheet, mgmt team and a brand everyone hates.
On the other hand Bellamy's has everything an investor could ever want, including no approval to sell in China. Who would want to sell IF there?
