well it's simple looks like they have already got some funding so the rest will need to come from shareholders. if they can't come up with most of the funding then lint and maca will won't to be paid as they have debt agreements and would be expect the cash to dry up and go into va. now if they do get funding for 80% of what there asking or all of it the instos will have the 1.5c option before the retail offer is out so we will see them pump and dumb this and retail will get screwed again
