I agree with your understanding that
the PIF had lent the 63 mil to LLA and Arctic deal ultimately reimbursed the PIF..

Adams, King and White would know why LLA was in need of the funds..
They were developing Hotham with Ray Group using many mil and evidently the Gov is spending on the H village..

Very nice for Australian Tourism..and shareholders.

I dont know very much about LLA but found this "old" news interesting.
