Just had a quick look at the IPO section on the nasdaq website. I cannot see GMV anywhere. So at this stage they haven't even filed for a listing. I suspect as per previous company update GMV have only submitted there F1 paper work to the SEC. Probably still trying the clear that regulatory approvals.
Sorry, but I can't see any nasdaq listing happening until May/June at the earliest. Purely based on nasdaq lodgement and listing timelines.
As I have said many times before, in order to maximise price GMV need the idtf, medtel and hygena purchase order cash flow in the bank, fda and CDFA approvals and for some extra cream another purchase order.
At the end of the day there are many positive share price rerating announcements ready to drop any day. However, while we wait based on my assumptions GMV should do about $40m aud in cash flow in the next 12 mths.
So still trading on 2 times revenue = cheap!
