Exactly. And if the money did not go to the construction and launch of the first batch, then one has to ask where did it go? Might not be entirely and/or directly to directors and KMP but most of these likely went to their benefits, be it direct compensation, payment to entities that they own or directly related to, and payment to their activities (that can be disguise as business but in essence personal) that resulted to inconsequential benefits to the company.
15m is 15m and it never paid a single construction of first batch. Where did the money go? Who benefited from it?
