This is really bad news. I think this a circus show. They are in better financial shape this time from 2017.
It baffles me how they keep drilling/ proving up resource when they should concentrate on costs. (I emailed this to Jim six moths ago).
I can not get a grip on this project or the financing. Also recent hedging agreement.
Bottom line, is we are in trouble. I thought this last financing would provide a window of encouragement . Now it has been delayed.
Now it looks like another cash raising ie. emergency. I do not care now. I certainly will not participate in any. I do not care if it is at .5 cent.
As some posters stated, Apex revisited.
This has been a ride to gloom. They do not tell the truth.
If they can not organise a straight financing deal we are doomed. Why do an extended trading halt if the deal was sorted?
They suck the life out of shareholders. I will not participate any more. Brian Dixon can take up my share/rights offering.
There is something really strange why joint venture partners etc. seem to sign deals on a company that is as desperate and novice as this.
I think there a reverse take over of some kind.(VA). That rips us shareholders off big time. Then another company will start backed with finance.
They delay the financing deal to keep shareholders on edge and then suck them up. This is not happening with me this time.
BAD NEWS.
Any announcement from here is going to totally be bad for shareholders. Looking at the history of previous announcements.
What a crappy investment I have made.
