K so lets assume the claims are different (although I cant see how, its basically non-disclosure of information), then why are you so confident they will successfully defend if there is no precedence?

Anyway enough from me, I do wish you all the best, I hope CNP rockets and everyone makes money and/or some previous holders claw some back. This disaster has cost a few people their retirement.
