The CEO was issued 6, 040, 000 shares Dec 18 after selling 4,000,000 also shares issued in Dec17 . Very handsomely compensated for a CEO's poor performance to generate a decent return on shareholders funds and unbelievably had his compensation increased by 60.62% to A2.81M with a share price struggling to hold .70 any fanciful talk of a .90ish would be most welcome as the CEO'S track record thus far generating a decent return on shareholders funds leaves a lot to be desired to say the least . IMHO
