The CEO has not performed poorly at all. He is not in control of market wide pricing. He is not in control of poor and unreasonable sentiment. Your next comment will be that they don't issue profit guidance. Seriously, who gives a fk. It's operating in a very transient market with the potential to significantly under deliver or significantly over deliver in any given year based on a lot of uncontrollable factors.
