Any company only is managed by the executive with oversight and ultimate decision making responsibility from the board.

The complete control can only be the addition of the executive plus the board and look at our performance over 2 years.

That performance speaks for itself ...so how can anyone in a position of management during this period still remain and have their hand out?

What happened to chivalry?

It is counter-productive to try to attribute blame to an individual (and dangerous in the context of defamation laws -regardless of truth or otherwise), but the massive destruction of company value is self-evident.

I suggest not commenting on individuals or you may find yourself moderated (or worse).
