I would take comfort from an announcement that says, 'bids or bid' was presented, or progress towards finalising a FO. Note: there is no breach of confidentiality!

I find 88e announcements are, to a large extent, vague, almost in some way redacted. I often read on HC that shareholders should email David Wall to explain, or expand on, announcements, which I find amusing, bit also unsettling as a shareholder! Maybe time for the use of plain English announcements that give all the information needed so that the average shareholder can interpret and understand, and eliminate the vagueness and need for further explanation from 88E!
