Performance shares are from the IPO in May 17. I suggest you read the Prospectus. The performance shares only become realised if the milestones are met, if they are not met, the shares don’t exist.
The Doc deserves all the performance shares he’s entitled to because the hurdles are very high.
Class A performance share milestone was met because GMV received FDA clearance for the Prizma.
How many IPOs are there on ASX with such high targets, to grow revenue from on $0 to US $30M in 2 years and EBITA to US$20 M in 3 years? Not many, probably none. What would be the MC for a company that is able to deliver that? Very high multiples of revenue/EBITA. Multiples of where we are now.
