I find it very unlikely that FAR would be speaking on behalf of Senegal government to some select shareholders via e-mail.

FAR have an obligation to release an ASX announcement keeping the market informed if they have official information from Senegal government contradicting WPL ASX announcement (The Arrette) - FAR risk breach of ASX rules if they tell you and not all investors. Your holding could also be subject to insider trading if this is true..... I hope you are making this stuff up!

We are expected to believe Senegal would do nothing in the event the rules were not followed and then to add insult to injury approve WPL to become operator and then also provide them with supporting documentation (arrete) even though they did not approve the deal?

How could any reasonable person entertain such fantasy?

FAR arbitration hinges on the tribunal decision, the tribunal can change the current situation but lets not make unsubstantiated unbelievable stories up....
