    Exactly. Useless management kills great opportunities every single time. What I find astounding is that PW is paid really good salary and has a truck load of shares, and yet he can't seem to pull his finger out.

    Why would anyone with as much vested interest not try to accelerate the whole thing? Is he there just for the pay check?
