I hope the Doctor's not lost in time. The followers are getting restless, time to come down from the mountain. All this anxious waiting is giving me a headache. However, nothing a couple of good tablets couldn't fix.

Oh look, over there, there's people collecting gas from a coal-seam coloured calf. Wait, they are now painting it green and giving it excessive value. Oh yes, and look over there. They are taking food out of the mouths of the masses to fill up their fuel tanks. Gee, what are we going to do for food and fuel in the future?
