Yeah but you can't selectively exclude.Other companies would be the same if you excluded the bad bits. Rightodrive has had significant issues since inception and I am aware of the scenario pre listing. It wasn't pretty.
You are correct. A lot of the issues stem from commercial. NZ commercial in years gone by was a disaster as well.
If you really want to dig deep check for fluctuations in the asset revaluation reserve as well.
Anyways doesn't really matter, point being it is an area that can certainly change your trading outlook in a hurry if a couple of majors go bad. I don't know that to be the case, just sayin'
