Just did some quick snooping.
avid need also be concerned with two other substantial holders.
Dimensional Equities hold 6% acquired by mid last year and a quick look at their purchase summary would suggest they are underwater at the $2.23 bid price.
Brazilian Farms holds a chunk as well.
AFR reports that AVID have retained advisors so an interest level exists.
might be a tad early to get the popcorn and lay the blanket to watch the fireworks...but looks interesting.
