KEVIN....Upon exercise of the “claw-back” option over Pensador shares, and the merger of
Pensador with CityView, CityView will be the surviving holding company.....thats the key!! although this would dilute the issued capital base ...remember that CVI would then hold 100% interest as the two companies would merge back into CVI.....AND A listing on DOW perhaps.....some of the most successful companies listed on the US have well over 2 billion shares on issue and still trade over $20 bucks a share....its all good to me as it ensures that CVI have the final say based on valuations of the developed assets.......cheers JAM
