If the Credit raise price is VWAP minus 10% discount for a discount - .54c, so .55c, then, yep, she'll go to 5c soon enough. Whatever the CR price is, that's where it'll end up eventually, if not lower - unless the CR price is above the current price, in which case, someones willing to pay extra, so the SP will go up.
