Why would they need a halt if the chinese were keen???

My gut feeling is that they are retracting and taking a 10 mill loss.
You mention CFE and you go takeover!!!! It was a formality and there is no reason why a halt is needed.
Yes it rose today, but capped at 210 and thats not a good indication
