I am worried though at how hard Fuji can squeeze CYP without any other partners on board..... my thoughts are, they want rights to other indications with little outlay until phase 2 is well down the track..... in one of their presos they speciically stated they wanted others to bear the early stage risk.
They take a further 10% of the company for 20M. Gives them a good chunk, also gives CYP money to advance more pre clinical and some phase 2, and its pocket change for Fuji.
this is all without even mentioning manufacturing rights.
