T4P, another significant asset outside Pensador is the onshore oil (if/when we get it) We still have a 100mill facility outside Pensador and I understand that this is not part of the Pensador deal. It was not laid out in the announcement and does not form part of the 1.1Bill funding, I checked.

I'm not saying that eventually it won't be transferred to Pensador but this will be an addendum to the original contract with it's own terms and conditions, and of course value consideration. Personally I would like to see CVI get as far as it can with maximising value through the onshore leases before transferring to Pensador so as to get the best bang for buck.

With CVI establishing oil and energy development with government, as well as el presidente's son on Pensador board, I think we are well positioned to get some good onshore ground come September.
