I think any possible raise, would be announced at the same time as the Demo Plant (e.g. 4m to be raised when all details are released).
With the FEED in April, the Demo Plant deal isn't going to be public until May at the earliest I imagine, so I don't think the recent SP rise has antying to do with an imminent raise.
