I was of the understanding that;

* As an investor you are entitled to the CGT discount after 12 months regardless of intention..... but....

* If you have borrowed money to invest and want to claim that as a deduction, you must have bought the shares with the intention of receiving a dividend.

Just shows how important is to to seek advice. That's my accountants take on it??
