    In the 121 Cape town Conference slides P21 25th of feb, construction is earmarked for 2nd half 2019 & 2020 - 21.

    In this preso, P23, EPC is earmarked for the same timeframe as Cape Town and construction is not there at all.

    Is EPC another word for construction? It seems to me that the EPC agreement would have to be in place to construct. If so why have they dropped it from the timeline and wording.

    Any of you guys help me out here?
