on reflection given this is a paid for report the inclusion of the hypothetical cap raise has added weight. This is not an independent report in my view.
The company now has an obligation to unambiguously refute the cap raise or call a trading halt. This is price sensitive given todays volume. The entire report really comes back to that one paragraph.
Hmmm growing more concerned. Yes I would still participate in the CR as this is a ridiculously cheap price. Even 3c for 250m is a joke!
