The reason being, through a super account they are being bought on your behalf, ie through a nominee so they are not in your name.

Eg I put an order through my super for 100000 shares and UBS buys them on my behalf, they become part of UBS Nominees holdings.

Hi Hittman, and then can UBS nominees lend your shares out to shorters say for a fee (to them) so that they can be shorted?
