Orwellian or legalese?
To me "structural" signifies: exact royalty costs, sliding in time or not; specific timelines; manufacturing costs, shared in agreed proportions, or not; geographic regions (not the case here. I believe); milestone definitions, and; perhaps FUji played a NoKo where they unilaterally change the agreement.
FUji's game may be to wait out -- siege -- CYP in the hopes of a predatory t/o.
