If myself and my family had $250m invested in a business i built from the ground up i would be doing my ultimate best every day to drive and grow the business. Having skin in the game in a business is vitally important. One of the many things i look for when researching a company is how much the Directors own of the very company they are managing, no skin then it's a big negative for me.
