It's an immigration racket. It's much easier to come to Australia from N.Z. than it is to come from say a third-world hole. Indians (Punjabis) it seems are abusing this & every other loophole on a large scale.

You also have to wonder how so many Punjabi's (Sikhs) are working in menial jobs. Were they skilled migrants or gained PR on the basis of qualifications gained while studying in Australia.
