I was the guy that asked about debt funding. This is key. They indicated they are looking at 50/50 debt/equity to come up with the 30 million(and further commented that they would like to see the debt portion higher if possible) . The table assumes that it is all equity funded, so this makes a substantial difference to those numbers listed for cap raising. It halves them.
