Maybe i misunderstood the article, if so i stand corrected.
But my interpretation of the argument was the judge said that ANZ cant be required to unreasonable amounts of money or resources in tracking down documents that Beconwood wants.
Meanwhile the receivers dont want to spend the money as it will leave less money to be dispursed at the end.
And the adminstrators dont want to spend the money as they dont have sufficient money as it is.
