The last time I spoke with the UPD investor rep in Australia- a few days ago- everything was on track. The main point was to get the W-8BEN form in to Computershare to avoid having to pay 24% US with holding tax.
Not sure if there have been any wrinkles in the fundraising and share by back plan. Interesting.
