    My thoughts exactly and I've been in and out of OSH for 5 years now. Its very likely .. and STO's recent price surge will put them in a good position as well. Makes sense as STO has to get bigger or get gobbled up later this year when the 15% cap comes off.

    But the implies gas valuation for reserves in the STO deal with Petronas revalues OSH upwards by a multiple at least IMHO.
