To create an excellent company, you need excellent management. Take for example Regis Resources. A decade or so ago, they had a robust resource in need of mining but management were dragging their feet, SP was consistently low, SH were frustrated which finally led to the board being over thrown by a new management team that were proven at getting the job done.
Sure enough,the fortunes of this company improved overnight
The time may be right for board to move on ????
