IBA's main focus is expansion of its 'e-health' services. E-health is
the electronic linking of various participants of the healthcare sector
allowing authorized access to all relevant health information and
products. It has a niche strategy of consistently increasing
differentiated product portfolio while extending geography reach
through aggressive acquisitions. IBA adopts and maintains its core
international expansion strategy and regionalized focus, fragmented
market outside the US. The company aims to become the largest
provider of health IT solutions in the Southern Hemisphere. Securing
alliances for distribution and ongoing development will as well
enhance IBA's position and product recognition worldwide. This is
exemplified by a number of contract wins and extensions in the UK
