Not in the physical but what of the mind. Ever seen one, held one? But your have one I hope, that is if you are not 'out of your mind'. When your sleep you go 'astral traveling' & so it can be said that the mind is 'elsewhere' & that is why it can be dangerous to wake a sleepwalker' - they may not return to the body.
One must truely Love oneself before they can Love others without discrimination. Easier said than done.
Is drinking heaps of alcohol loving oneself? Is eating junk food loving oneself?
