Oh dear.. it's probably the way I wrote it more than the way it was read. I promise you it was not intended that way.

Firstly, I don't think the stock is being capped to anywhere near the extent others do, but I am fine with this. We agree to differ. I think it is being day traded and I promise you, I have absolutely nothing against DTs... they are often kind enough to sell me stock at discounted prices.

When I said (quote) If you want to 'burn them' (end) the emphasis here is on 'you' as it was aimed at posters who in the past have wanted the people who are doing this (alleged capping, which I think is DT) to go away. I am not one of these people who thinks this, or indeed wants anyone to get burned.

The term 'burn' and phrases along the lines of 'wouldn't it be funny if they burned' (hence my reference to 'funny') has been used numerous times in this forum, but never by me.

So, what I then wanted to say was that if posters (not me) want to burn the cappers by hoping for a run-up, then this would have the opposite effect because they are actually day-traders so a run-up would make them a lot of money.

    So, in summary:

    a) I have nothing against DTs, who are perfectly valid market participants using a very different model to me.

    b) I do not think the stock is being capped, I think it is being DT.

    c) If you think the stock is being capped, then hoping for a run-up will (IMO) lead to DTs making money and thus serve to reinforce the DT behaviour, thus causing them to do it more.

    d) If you truly want these alleged cappers (who I think are DTs) to go away, the best thing to wish for is a drop in SP or a TH (every DTs worst nightmare if they are unable to settle). I don't care whether they stay, go, lose money or make money, everyone is welcome.

I had no intention of being nasty to anyone and I hope you will all appreciate from my mountains of contributions that that is simply not in my nature.

I do however reserve the right to get upset (even nasty) with Centro if we don't see an announcement in the next few days.
