Below are part comments from my post in October 2018. My thoughts are largely unchanged.
EMH has been talking to European car makers (the mine is strategically located etc) and those autos are serious about offtakes with EMH, then good faith on behalf of the autos could see a loan of circa $5 million to EMH to get them through to a larger equity and debt financing.Another possibility given the economic benefits to the region would be for the Gvt to provide a loan and potentially participate in equity later. A combination of both of the above would be preferred as it would potentially rerate the share price and make a capital raising less dilutive down the track. Just some thoughts.
The companies need for capital thus far has been managed well. Yes the issues have been at reasonable discounts, but dilution very limited.
